Free Write 3/29/12

Its Thursday and were almost to the weekend! Really loving the warm weather outside and just being able to start doing summer things. Im excited for everything that is going on in my life and am just counting down the days until I get to go see Wiz Khalifia, J Cole, and Florence and the Machine. Its going to be a tough month school wise and there is a lot of stuff I need to sit down and complete but its the last full month before summer so Im pretty excited about that. Were getting ready to start our research paper in English soon and it shouldn't be as bad for me as it was in English 2. The paper is a lot shorter and over just one topic so I am looking forward to going more in depth on this subject. Last night was a pretty cool night with some great friends. My girlfriend, cousin and I got to go play some putt putt in Nixa followed by stuffing my face at Andys. I just cannot resist their Stolen Brownie Sunday. Following the little outside time we headed back to my cousin's house for a game night which turned out to be really fun. I enjoyed playing Scattegories and some Scrabble. This was my first time playing Scrabble so it was pretty rough in the beginning. I turned out to not be so bad and just barely lost. All in all it was a really great night.

Today is the 2nd day back from spring break and it is not easy! Im really tired already this week and it is just Tuesday. I am looking forward to working hard the next 7 weeks to get through the rest of this semester and head into summer.

Free Write 3/8/12

It has been a really good week at school. I have been to all my classes and am ready for the weekend to get here! This is going to be a crazy busy weekend with a lot going on but I am ready to get out and have some fun. Friday night is a good friend's wedding and they are getting married at James River Assembly in Ozark, MO. I am excited to get dressed up and wear the new shirt, tie, and vest that I purchased this weekend. It is going to be a really big wedding with a lot of people but I happy for Jon and ready to have a blast there. Then on Saturday, Tess and I have another day full of events. That afternoon we are going to visit her Grandma for lunch with her brother. Then later on that night we have my uncle's birthday party to get back to Springfield for. To cap off the weekend we will be going to church on Sunday morning and then working together Sunday night! This is going to be a tiring but really exciting weekend and I cannot wait for it to get started!
